About Kendal Parette, LCSW
In-person + online therapy for adults in Oklahoma
hi there!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I’ve had the joy of being a therapist since 2017.
I’ve found one of the most meaningful parts of being a therapist is sitting with someone as they are–sometimes in their deepest pain, sometimes in their most exciting joys, sometimes in their most overwhelming moments. I don’t take for granted the vulnerability and strength that’s required to come to therapy as your authentic self. I can provide an environment where your story is held with care, curiosity, and respect.
My approach is client-centered and collaborative, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Often incorporating Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative processing, attachment-focused models, and somatic awareness. I can also offer trauma specific treatment through Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I’m here to support you in creating a life that you love—one that includes more connection, delight, and meaningful change.
I’m Kendal Parette.
