Hi, I’m Kendal

I am a Tulsa based therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, relationship transitions, new parenthood, and grief — people who are doing their best but feeling like something's still missing.

The marigold holds a rare kind of symbolism — it's present at celebrations and at funerals, at beginnings and at endings. Across cultures, it represents both the beauty of being alive and the reality of loss.

I chose it because that's the kind of work I do.

Anxiety, grief, love, family — these aren't separate problems. They're all expressions of how much we care, and how human it is to be undone by the things that matter most. Healing here isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about learning to move through the whole cycle — with more grace, more self-compassion, and a little less alone.

START THE CONVERSATION

Schedule a free 15 minute consultation call. We’ll talk about what issues are bringing you into therapy. I’ll share a little about myself and answer any questions you may have. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule our first appointment.

BEGIN THERAPY

Sessions are 50 minutes and can be weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly. Therapy is a space where you can share openly, feel heard, and explore what’s happening in your life. We’ll work together at your pace, in a supportive environment.
